Other duties may be assigned:Production and Financial Reporting: Ensure all work is completed timely and accurately according to schedules.
This includes all assigned daily activities, such as:Run, import, distribute and/or save reportsEnter manual DNS entries other recurring entriesManage assigned Settlement email InboxesMaintain ownership of assigned tasks by communicating, escalating, and following up with seniors/management and outside parties on issues/variancesComplete accurate recs documents: this includes logs, Frontier notes, attachments on variances/rec differences; Frontier classifications (timing, variance, inventory); month-end anomalies, and Work Request Forms (WRF's)Classify and resolve rec items within Settlement's Maintenance guidelines, following 7-day variance and 90-day SOX write-off policyComplete Prelimin close items Close Settlement books by 7:00 PM EST of 2nd business day with no post-close adjustments (preliminary trend completed day 1; and month-end close tasks completed according to schedule)Projects, Developments, and Efficiencies: Assist in the implementation and testing of the Frontier Upgrade or Oracle upgrades, enhancements, etc.Complete assigned tasks related to the implementation and maintenance of the Google shared drives electronic informationSupport and contribute to the worldwide standardization and maintenance of the general onboarding docs production logs; variance and issues logs as assignedParticipate in Frontier enhancements and process automation, as assigned by managementServe as an active team member on small corporate projects and intakesSupport SIT, SAT/UAT completion and post-mortem discussion with Settlement Management teamSupport the team on the internal and external audit reporting by completing audit documentation and/or participate with the discussion with auditors as neededAssist management/seniors with special requestsDisplay commitment and dedication on assigned projects by attending meetings and following through on commitments #J-18808-Ljbffr
