For their SW Delivery Center on the Costa del Sol, STANDBY is looking for an IT Project Manager & Country Local Coordinator.Supporting and reporting to the IT Country Manager in Spain, the IT Project Manager and Local Coordinator role will be responsible for:Run and support IT projects, services and workflows, and coordinate the local teams' activities within them.Manage stakeholders and vendors interfaces as required for the product or project development and roll out, including assisting the product owners and Global IT Units Functional Managers.Challenge and improve the operation of the IT teams, enhancing their performance, processes, and capabilities.Optimize value IT streams and workflows aligning digital services with business strategy.Act as a problem solver, eliminating conflicts, assisting the teams in developing appropriate solution strategies, and keeping an eye on potential future tensions.Improve how services are developed and integrate new technologies.Build trusted relationships between Global IT Teams and Country Business stakeholders.Shape, drive, and support customer local demands according to Demand Management Process and Global Demand Manager definition.Bridge the development and operations gaps and be the main bridge between user demands and IT operational teams.Improve performance with Lean, Agile, and DevOps approach.Increase the speed and quality of services for the IT Country support.Support change management and encourage a culture of continual improvement.Coordinate and orchestrate between IT and Info Security teams in the country.Project management for country local roll out of Corporate Projects.Assume the operational/functional role in GIIT for country teams' activities.Reporting, monitoring, and escalations to IT Country Manager.Qualifications:Proven IT project management experience and IT technical skills.Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or IT team leadership position.Ability to work in multiple different IT domains.Completed studies in business information systems, business administration, or a comparable qualification.Hands-on Project Management and analysis of IT projects.Leadership skills.Ability to adapt quickly within a constantly changing fast-paced environment.IT infrastructure and systems understanding and experience.ITIL 4 Managing Professional or similar Certifications.Tech Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:Administration, installation, and parameterization of Operating Systems.Knowledge in scripting domains.Knowledge and experience of Networks environments and architectures.Knowledge of UNIX Security Architectures.Knowledge and experience of Servers administration and management
