Peppermint is a stylish and fun cocktail bar, serving up creative cocktails, delicious food, warm hospitality, drinks packages, VIP bookings, a stunning gin garden and two DJs over two floors.

The Role
Our aim is to develop leaders who are passionate and take pride in what they do. The main responsibilities of the bar manager are to ensure smooth running of the bar in regards to all things people, product and place.

The Bar manager should ensure they lead by example by driving our consistent standards and demonstrating commitment to our purpose and vision.
