We are seeking a talented Lead Talent Sourcer to join our Engineering Sourcing team in EMEA.
This role goes beyond simple sourcing; you will be a key member delivering and advocating the transformation of our sourcing function.
In addition, you will coach and mentor teams, drive the adoption of best practices, and build and engage key stakeholder relationships.
