Role Context As part of the Worley Community and under supervision and mentorship within the Master Plan and Facilities Team department, you will assist, as a 3D Visualizer, in the delivery of consulting services to Worley and our customers.
We are looking for a Visualization Expert to join our CGI team. He/she will be bringing architectural and industrial projects to life through Virtual Reality.
Accountabilities Generate realistic 3D modelsRig and animate geometryEstimate project timings and activities critical pathsLead project meetings with direct or indirect clientsCreate Storyboards and voice over scriptsDeliver digital services that meet Worley and its customers' standards on time and within budgetResearch and keep our workflows updated with the latest technologiesCommunicate effectively with the digital engineering team and project stakeholders, including the customerIdentify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance if requiredWork within a design team on various projectsManage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project deadlines and timelinesProvide guidance and support to team members on design-related matters as neededCommunicate effectively with the design teams and proposal managersCore Competencies A recognized and relevant Degree in Architecture, construction, or engineering would be an advantageProficient in spoken and written English.Previous experience in a similar positionProficient in Unreal Engine, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After EffectsGood modelling skills with tools such as 3DMax or BlenderVisual language knowledge would be desirableKnowledge in Revit and Navisworks would be an advantageGraphic communication skillsKnowledge of Augmented/mixed reality tools would be desirableSome skills in the use of relevant software such as MS Office SuiteVerbal communication skillsTime-management skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to supervise personnelMentor and train new Trainees and coordinatorsExperience & Education Requirements Education: We don't mind as long as you have awesome experience.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Visual Designer, preferably in an industrial or technical environment, with proven capabilities in stakeholder communication, content creation, and effective social media use.Graphic Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro), and Figma.Moving forward together We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
