About the Job
The Visual Communicator / Graphic Designer develops graphic designs (e.g., art, color themes, photographs, web pages), audio and video to support Allianz' image, identity, and brands. You will realize graphical requirements from multiple customers according to the Group standards. We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Communicator / Graphic Designer to join our Global Communications & Reputations Team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in working in or very closely with a Communications team and will be able to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand strategy.
What you do Develop visuals, graphic designs and communication formats (e.g., color themes, photographs, web pages, audio and video) to support the organization's image, identity, and brands by applying appropriate graphic standards, techniques, and methods.Translate business content, user needs and technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use and emotionally engaging.Take an idea from creation through production while managing timelines and expectations.Collaborate and concept across teams.Stay aware and engaged with the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field.What you bring Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign).Quality and project management, and consulting skills.Relevant work experience as a designer or in brand management.Qualification or certification in the field of graphic or visual design is desirable.What we offer A hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working, including up to 25 days per year working from abroad.We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered.Flexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) support to balance family and career and help our people return from career breaks with experience that nothing else can teach.About Allianz Technology
