Bristol Myers Squibb's Center for Innovation and Translational Research Europe (CITRE) R&D site based in Seville, Spain brings together computational, clinical, and translational research teams to redefine drug development. The internship would run from the 1st of April through the 30th of June.In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the development of therapies that change lives. You will be involved in one of three projects spanning different fields of expertise: Integrate drug screening data with RNAseq and scRNAseq data, apply dimensionality reduction, perform differential expression analysis, use clustering and classification methods, and conduct pathway and network analysis to understand biological mechanisms.Contribute to building trust between medical professionals and machine learning models by enhancing explainability in geometric deep learning models for cancer research
