Job Description:

This role is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, 5 days between Monday and Saturday. It is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of transitioning to permanent employment.

Areas of Responsibility: Collection and scrutiny of documents and passports at the Application CentreHandover of passports to the specific High Commission and/or its consulatesHandover of passports to Courier/ApplicantsFee collection and cash handlingPreparing reports for day-to-day transactions Personal Requirements: Excellent written & verbal communication skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office packagesA good attention to accuracy and detailA proactive can-do attitudeFlexible and ready to work in shifts Job Types: Full-time, Contract
