David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award-winning liquidity and technology solutions company who is seeking to onboard a Russian speaking Product Manager to join their team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the broker and financial services sector.
Identify opportunities and gaps to enhance offerings and drive growth.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize features and product improvements based on business impact and client feedback.
Work closely with clients, sales teams, and customer support to gather and prioritize product requirements.
Translate customer needs into clear, actionable product specifications that align with business goals.
Partner with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and product enhancements.
Monitor the development process, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with product specifications.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback to improve product offerings.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries.
Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Continuously analyze product data and user feedback to drive data-informed decisions for improvements.
Create comprehensive training materials and product documentation to support clients.
Assist in conducting training sessions for both clients and internal teams when needed.
REQUIREMENTS: Native/Fluency in English, both written and oral. B2 Level of Russian.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a successful track record of delivering and scaling financial software solutions.
Solid understanding of the brokerage and financial services industry.
Experience in managing referral programs in CFD trading.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies is an advantage.
Experience in gathering and translating customer requirements into actionable product features.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, orchestration, and message streaming technologies.
Familiarity with load testing tools.
