Position OverviewJob Title: Virtual AssistantJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Philippines (Remote)We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team.
The primary responsibility of the Virtual Assistant is to be organized, to be able to prioritize, to complete tasks efficiently and support the Executive Assistant.The ideal candidate should have an excellent command in the English language and possess a strong work ethic and have prior administrative experience.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.Position ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and have a flexible approach to work.
They should be able to demonstrate good organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize work under pressure and complete within deadlines.Essential DutiesPerform a variety of administrative dutiesAccurately and efficiently capture and input various forms of information into the company databaseKeep all filing systems up to dateProvide support in a team-based environmentCommunicate effectively with stakeholdersRespond to emails and phone callsSchedule meetingsBook travel and accommodationsManage a contact listPrepare customer spreadsheets and keep online recordsCreate presentations as assignedMeet team productivity and accuracy standardsEnsure confidentiality while handling sensitive informationFollow policies, procedures, and assigned workflows set by department leadershipPerform other administrative tasks and duties as neededCandidate QualificationsAll positive, driven, and confident applicants are encouraged to apply.
Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated.Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (within a BPO preferred)Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskHave a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)Compensation DetailsStandard starting compensation is commensurate with experience.
Yearly reviews are conducted based on tenure and performance.Physical RequirementsThis job operates in a professional office environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.Conditions of EmploymentMust be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.Subject to the program and location of the positionMust be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
