We are currently looking for an account executive to be the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships in the North American market. The ideal person will have proven experience building on existing relationships, eliminating competitor threats within our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The account executive will be a proactive and curious member of our sales team, identifying growth opportunities for clients before a need or gap has been stated. This level of foresight and meticulous analysis is what will take our company confidently into the future.
Objectives of this role (Remote)Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needsCoordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflowManage communications between upper management and employeesStay current with company offerings and industry trendsOversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practicesResponsibilitiesSolve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectationsIllustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trendsParticipate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospectsPerform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networkingFollow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunitiesMaintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendorsRequired skills and qualificationsFour years of experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper managementAbility to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunitiesAbility to understand client needs and negotiate costs and servicesProficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systemsWillingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospectsPreferred skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related disciplineProficiency using more than one languageExperience overseeing budgets and expensesExperience developing internal processes and filing systems
