The Vintage Winemaker will be responsible for overseeing winemaking processes, ensuring quality control, managing fermentation, blending, and bottling operations, and conducting tastings and evaluations.QualificationsWinemaking, Fermentation, and Blending skillsQuality control and Tasting abilitiesViticulture knowledge will be a plusExperience in wine production and cellar operationsStrong attention to detail and sensory evaluation skillsAbility to work in a team and independentlyKnowledge of sustainable and organic winemaking practicesBachelor's degree in Enology, Viticulture, or related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
