Business Operations Intern Description We are Honest Greens, an innovative, passionate, and rapidly expanding restaurant lifestyle brand with one mission: improve society through real food.
We do things differently in our industry, embracing - and creating - new restaurant trends and technologies that allow us to make healthy food affordable, convenient, and incredibly delicious.
We believe this will help people in our communities live longer, happier, and more sustainable lives.
Over the coming years, we will be scaling our restaurant, geographical and digital footprint to ensure that our customers can interact with our brand wherever they are.
We aim to become the leading restaurant lifestyle brand in Europe with over 100 restaurants in the next 5 years. Our digital products which we're building from the ground up are helping drive additional customer and revenue growth while maximizing operational efficiency, and ultimately play a role in how we'll build the next generation of restaurants.

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Business Operations Intern to help refine operations as we scale the business.
The perfect candidate is strategic, analytical, and able to work cross-functionally across various departments. You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and like to get your hands dirty.

In this role you will: Drive process improvement projects, focusing on streamlining workflows and implementing robust SOPs across various departments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Project Management) to identify areas for process enhancement and standardization.Document, analyze, and map current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.Assist in developing and implementing new SOPs, ensuring they align with best practices and regulatory requirements.Conduct process audits and gather data to measure the effectiveness of implemented SOPs and process changes.Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions, and training materials.Support change management initiatives related to new process rollouts, including training and communication plans.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process improvements and report on their impact.Participate in continuous improvement activities.Contribute to the development of a culture of operational excellence and process adherence throughout the organization.What you need to be successful: Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.Excellent written and verbal communication.Highly organized individual with ability to prioritize and attention to detail.High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure.Empathetic in dealing with different people. Able to quickly build relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.Great project manager who can create meticulously detailed execution plans for large-scale projects and then deliver them to plan regardless of any surprises or ambiguity along the way.Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.Extreme ownership, a can-do attitude.Fluent in Spanish and knowledge of English is a plus.A little more about you: Experience working in a fast-growing tech start-up / scale-up.Outstanding record of academic achievement.Experience within the hospitality industry is a plus.Benefits: Great office in the centre of Barcelona (Diagonal / Augusta).Free daily food at Honest Greens.Very dynamic and challenging environment.International, open-minded and united team.Hardware and tools needed to do the job.This role will be reporting into the Chief Digital Officer.
