His or her mission is to provide the Stolt Sea Farm Customer Service area with the most relevant and reliable information to be able to ensure that the company meets future demand to continue operating as efficiently and effectively as possible, thus ensuring compliance with the company's strategic objectives.Among the tasks to be carried out are the following:Act daily as a reconciler of supply and demand between the different areas: successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.Provide information to sales and marketing teams for decision making, while monitoring and reporting on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies.Coordinate S&OP meetings, ensure their proper functioning and performance measurement. The key factor in these meetings will be to ensure that the product can meet the demand of clients and consumers.Participate in the development of tools and projects to support the area.Analyze the impact of commercial actions (promotions) on sales, while monitoring the long-term impact on the product availability.Prepare the documentation associated with the S&OP process.Support decision-makers with data to guarantee the level of quality of customer service.Help and participate in developing the Sales budgetAddress demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.-The person who joins must have a university degree in Business Administration related fields: Business Admin, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or similar studies.
