Our headquarters are based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with additional hubs in Marbella, Spain (Accounting) and London, UK (Enrolment, Marketing and Digital).You share our values: Development, Distinctiveness, Joint commitment, Openness and Sense of service.Your profileMust have working knowledge of desktop computer applications including Microsoft Excel (level advanced), word and powerpoint.Must have prior experience in ERP, Dynamics AX nice to have.Must be self-starter, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.Fluent in Spanish, good understanding in English and notions of French an advantage.Main responsibilities & tasksCreation and update of master data.Contact with suppliers for different matters as support to AP team.Maintenance and support with ticketing tool.Review and assignation of tickets related to incidents from the Schools and from suppliers.Support on ticket tool answering the suppliers incidents and review the payments with AP team.Follow-up on all issues ensuring timely resolution or escalation.May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.
