.Job Description SummaryAs a member of the Global Contractual Services – Business Excellence Team, your primary role will be to perform plant utilization data analysis for GE Vernova's Gas Power portfolio using MS Excel. You will assist in identifying and explaining trends, enabling the Leaders to make data-driven business decisions. Additionally, you will analyze key market drivers influencing utilization KPIs and support the team in understanding the impact of electricity market dynamics on our customers' assets. This role involves close collaboration with global functions and regional Portfolio Health teams.Job DescriptionWhat you'll doCompile and analyze the GE Vernova Gas portfolio utilization data and support on the report to stakeholders and to Leadership.Use of MS Excel to clean, validate, and analyze data, ensuring high-quality insights for trend and market analysis.In close collaboration with the team, you'll help to publish insightful quarterly/monthly utilization reports in partnership supported by Portfolio Health, Energy Consulting Group, Marketing & Intelligence Teams, and region Operations and Finance teams.Understand current Global Electricity Market and Utilization dynamics, identify potential risks & opportunities for the installed base and proactively engage others to drive change.Help as needed to drive continuous improvement on utilization related processes and tools based on stakeholder's needs, developing new features and enhancements for our reports.Stay informed of industry trends that may affect monthly utilization reports. Interpret data and its potential implications to specific assets/countries affected by identified trends.What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or similar studies or relevant knowledgeAdvanced MS Excel user with experience on sensitivity analysis & simulation processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with great communication ability.Results oriented and deadline driven personality.Full time position – requested working hours: 40 hours/week.Fluent in English, Spanish not mandatory but considered as advantage.Interest in the energy sector and a basic understanding of electricity market dynamics.Indispensable to have the possibility to sign an internship agreement with the university.Minimum duration of the internship position 6 months but preferably 12 months.If contracted in Spain:Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain.
