Would you like to lead projects and your team to ensure business goals are met?If so, we have the opportunity to work as our IT Field Support Manager at CEVA Logistics.The role is open in Madrid, Spain.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?You will manage and provide insights on strategic initiatives / projects or customer engagement from a technical or expertise perspective by monitoring, participating, testing, collaborating, facilitating, optimizing, developing, implementing, evaluating, planning, and identifying strategies.You will provide insight on related functions and functional policies.You ensure that sub-department goals are being met with the highest possible quality.You work closely with key business people as well as internal and external suppliers to ensure appropriate and standard solutions are developed and delivered.You will manage the team and individual contributors and individuals, driving the capabilities of the IT team. You ensure proper allocation of resources.You will apply IT methods, professional knowledge and CEVA standards and practices to complex tasks and situations; You coordinate work performed through internal customers/business partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessmentsYou optimise and implement different business applications/ modules for different IT Clusters or multiple sites.You will work with Senior leaders to establish goals and operating plans for the department and you operate within budget parameters.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?You have an educated to degree level or equivalent experience and minimum a few years experience in networking/network design
