Our client's business must be clear and compliantB. All Flatfee local resident directors must pass a background check (as allowed by local law)C. Our client must issue indemnification to Flatfee as well as the local resident director as part of the appointmentD. The local resident director will act based on the local law in terms of voting, but the client will have the control of the boardE. Flatfee will engage a local attorney to ensure contract between client and the local resident director includes terms for local formalities that clearly address requirements, responsibility and liability of each party per local laws and regulationsTime CommitmentThis is a contract opportunity to earn additional income.
