.MissionExecuted on your channel strategy and now you're ready to get back into building mode?You already know what it takes to build an effective partner strategy. You love the variety, being hands on and playing a pivotal role in developing a revenue stream that accelerates growth.When you join us, you'll experience a rapidly growing Saa S company. Whilst there is an existing partner network, this has not been built in a structured way. You will apply your expertise and shape the way that we work with all partners internationally.You'll report straight into our VP of Sales and Marketing, Alain. He'll onboard you and then he'll need you to act autonomously. All he is asks is that you are diligent with proactive reporting and updates (in addition to recruiting great partners!)Picture a role where your influence directly drives growth, and your innovative ideas find fertile ground. Welcome to Addactis.A Deeper DiveRecruit, Onboard, and Train: You'll be the driving force behind expanding our portfolio of channel partners in markets such as EMEA and APAC. Your mission will be to bring these new partners while expertly managing our existing relationships.Build Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture productive, professional relationships with your counterparts in partner accounts. Your ability to connect and collaborate will be key to our success.Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with your colleagues in consulting, support, and management to meet partner performance objectives and exceed their expectations. Your teamwork will ensure seamless operations.Achieve Targets: Hit your ARR targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. Your focus on results will drive our growth.Lead Partner Planning: Work closely with partners to proactively lead joint planning processes. Develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones that foster a productive partnership.Manage Channel Conflicts: Foster excellent communication both internally and externally to manage potential channel conflicts. Adhere strictly to channel rules of engagement.Ensure Compliance: Ensure partners comply with all agreements. Your diligence will maintain the integrity of our partnerships.ProfilAbout you-You bring 8+ years of partnership and channel sales experience from a Saa S environment.If you have a background in the insurance industry, that's a huge plus!You speak English fluently or at a professional level.You're a self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple complex projects with ease.Building relationships and gaining trust come naturally to you.You excel at managing your time and prioritizing tasks, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.Your communication skills are top-notch and you're meticulous about the details.Troubleshooting and analyzing problems is your forte, and you've got a track record of thriving in collaborative team settings
