It's challenging, fast-paced and highly collaborative – if you want the freedom to find new ways to connect with consumers, there's no better place to progress your career.For our Digital team in Spain we are therefore looking for a Digital Paid Media Specialist.The overall purpose of this position is, under the Digital and Media Amplification Team, to design and implement the Paid Media Strategy for IQOS brand. You will actively contribute to innovate our Commercial organization by embedding a digital-first mindset, focusing on enhancing consumer engagement. You will play a key role in supporting our product launches to meet specific business objectives across Spain and Canary. On top of your daily digital paid media activities, you will lead the paid media implementation in collaboration with our agency.You will:Define the Paid Strategy in collaboration with your Paid Media Manager for IQOS Unit to raise awareness of our products and drive traffic to our shops.You will coordinate full funnel paid media strategies from awareness to performance.Manage the Media Agencies relationship, manage the media budget, and operate the media-buying, optimizing our budget efficiency to meet defined targets & KPIs.Define the Digital Media Assets & Landing Pages Content (working closely with the content team) to localize & tailor Global Content toolboxes in line with Global guidelines.Collaborate with Commercial teams to create and develop digital solutions, both online and in retail, enhancing consumer awareness, education, and engagement.Plan and implement promotional calendar activities and product launches ensuring alignment with the Commercial and Marketing Teams.Lead digital media performance tracking, establish relevant standards, and provide monthly digital activation reports.We're looking for someone with:Minimum 5 years' experience in Digital Paid Media with experience in Media strategy and planning.Previous Media experience in restricted industry will be a plus.Extensive knowledge of global digital strategies, with shown background in web-based solutions and media deployment
