This role requires a fusion of creativity and analytical prowess, aimed at building brand awareness and trust.Location: Spain Madrid Responsibilities: Based on the consumer insights and business objectives, create brand communication strategy and implementable annual marketing plan. Architect and implement holistic marketing campaigns across various channels, including television, social media, and offline events, prioritizing coherent communication of the Ali Express brand and its core values. Maintain and enhance Ali Express' brand portrayal on all platforms, ensuring consistency and aligning with our global image. Manage daily operational interactions with creative agencies and marketing channels while overseeing campaign execution both internally and externally. Develop captivating creative concepts that resonate with, and engage, local market audiences. Conduct continuous market analysis, monitor consumer trends, and keep abreast of competitor strategies to position Ali Express as a market leader.Position RequirementQualifications: A proven track record with over 5 years of experience in multi-faceted brand marketing, executing successful campaigns across various mediums such as TV, events, social media, and other offline channels. Exceptional creativity and communication prowess, demonstrated through a portfolio of innovative campaigns that effectively translate Ali Express' brand message to target demographics. A data-driven mindset, with a strong competency in leveraging analytics to set campaign benchmarks and refine channel performance. A proactive, results-focused approach, capable of driving initiatives forward amidst uncertainty. Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous. Candidates with substantial agency experience are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Spanish and English is a must. Chinese language skill is a plus but not a prerequisite.
