Areas of Responsibility:The Commercial Asset Manager will be responsible of:Negotiation, relations and consolidation of the relationship with landowners, suppliers, local authorities and strategical partners and consultants.Support the technical aspects of the projects.Supervision and adaptation of projects to the requirements of the public tender in Spain.Support in the finalization and management of energy sales contracts.Due diligence processes.Contract Management (commercial and technical-administrative aspects).Budgeting.Regulatory and permitting (guarantee the obtaining permits needed for continue operation of power plants; ensure the necessary support in obtaining permits for project approval).Studies:Engineering or Business Administration.Work Experience:3/4 years (at least) of experience in a similar role.Languages:Spanish (mother tongue) and English.Italian would be a plus.IT Skills:Microsoft Office Package.Know – How & Managerial SkillsThe candidate is a high skilled person motivated to work in an international group focus on enlarging its presence in Spain, growing in terms of MW installed with a pipeline of projects.The attitude must be part of a flexible team.Additional InformationPlace work: Madrid with the requirement and availability to travel especially in Spain where we have the projects or to the headquarter in Italy - GenoaJob Reference: ERGG00474
