Position: Workflow Specialist - Madrid
Primary Objective of Position
- The Core Application Specialist is responsible for Workflow definition and
implementation, delivery of customer operator training and coaching,
application support, application troubleshooting and customer support after
TOR.
Major Accountabilities
- Deliver customer track operator training on-site.
- The position requires 80% of time traveling throughout Spain.
- Deliver Onestock implementation and operator training on-site.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and operator training and coaching till TOR.
- Customer support after TOR.
- Success in this role is measured by customer survey document.
- Track workflow definition and implementation.
- Follow-up and workflow improvement of key customers.
Education
- Degree in pharmacy / biology / chemistry / health sciences or similar.
Background
- Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and
customer references.
- Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
- Strong communication skills.
- Technical expert for product line responsibility.
- Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software.
- Troubleshooting skills.
Impact of position
- Define and implement laboratory workflow.
- Deliver customer operator training and coaching, application support, and
application troubleshooting till TOR.
- Deliver customer support after TOR.
