Position Summary
Recurrent Energy is currently undergoing an internal HR process transformation and Workday implementation across different regions. We have partnered with Workday Professional Services (US) to implement Workday for our North America region following the Launch express methodology, and will continue to rollout to other regions while adding other new functional areas.
As HRIS Integration Analyst, you will be a key member of our Workday implementation project while responsible for configuring, managing and supporting all integrations between our Workday HCM system and other internal/external systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting, this includes integration with payroll, benefits administration, learning management, performance management and other 3rd party systems.
During the project this position will support the development of Workday integrations and be point of contact within Recurrent Energy for all integration related activities, ensuring integrations are well designed and synchronized with our functional build, leading internal integration testing and engaging with 3rd party vendors. Post go-live this position will support and maintain all Workday integrations, establish the necessary support and maintenance processes, whilst continually enhancing and extending our Workday platform.
Position Title: HRIS Integration Analyst

Location: Milan, Italy OR Madrid, Spain OR Sevilla, Spain or Hong Kong (Hybrid or Remote)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on HRIS integrations, documentation and support.
- Collaborate with Workday Integration consultants to support delivery, quality and stability of Workday integrations.
- Lead end-to-end integration testing alongside with Workday functional lead.
- Participation in knowledge transfer and the handover of integrations from Workday Professional Services.
- Work with IT, HR stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure effective development, testing and ongoing management of integrations.
- Monitor and support our Workday production integrations as an ongoing activity, resolving issues as they arise.
- Continuously work to improve and enhance the value of our Workday investment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years professional experience with Workday HCM integration development and/or maintenance, in a global internal setting or consultancy.
- Knowledge of Workday data model, experience in Workday Integrations tools, APIs and development practices.
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases, ETL tools, and web services, SOAP, REST, WDSL, XML, XSLT or XPATH.
- Experience working with Workday functional areas is a plus.
- Multi-task and prioritize work with competing deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Demonstrated success working within a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work collaboratively and flexibly across multiple time zones.
