.Import & Export Documentation ExpertPURPOSEThe Import and Export Documentation Expert acts as point of contact for Distribution Management and Transport Execution teams related to logistics execution activities. The Import and Export Documentation Expert contributes to on time, cost efficient and GDP compliant transports of raw materials, bulk and finished products and is capable of driving process improvement within the global logistics operations management.YOUR TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES- Intercompany Delivery Order Management- Responsible for import and export documentation according to country requirements and regulations in preparation for transport planning and execution- Executes manual transport shipments- Co-contributes if required to support customs related activities and provides all necessary documentation for trade/GDP purposes.- Responsible for the order to invoice cycle, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers in line with agreed metrics maintaining high customer satisfaction.- Transport Planning & Preparation- Responsible for export documentation necessary for transport execution (e.G. commercial invoice, packing list, weight note, Certificate of Origin, Dangerous Goods certification if required, etc.)- Contributes and support customs related activities, provides all necessary documentation for trade/GDP purposes, when required.- Contribute for transport metrics and performance monitoring maintain high customer satisfaction- Contribute to new routings, lanes or product launches setup- Acts as expert for transportation and logistics supporting new logistics setup with inputs related to country requirements- Contributes to set up new routings, trade lanes or product launches ensuring adherence to Bayer Gx P requirements- Support and lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives- Support or lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize process flows (e.G. documents automation or digitalization, communication, sustainability or any capabilities development required in line with logistics strategy)WHO YOU AREUniversity degree in business administration, logistics or supply chainWorking experience (+2 years) in supply chain and logistics, preferably in Pharmaceutical or similar industryVery good skills in communicationProactive skills, team player, result oriented and keen on working in a cross-cultural working environmentUnderstanding of legal, regulatory and GMP/GXP environment in FMCG & Pharmaceuticals distribution.Basic knowledge of Supply Chain and LogisticsGood background in transport planning and executionExcellent customer focus and good stakeholder managementProactive approach, action oriented with the ability to solve problems and set priorities.Ability to drive projects with low complexity
