A concept that allows restaurant owners to increase their revenue.Clone creates virtual food brands dedicated to delivery and easy to operate by leveraging unused kitchen spaces. They take care of everything: branding, sourcing, marketing, and communication. We have the same model to become the number 1 food delivery company in Europe without owning a single kitchen."Clone in numbers:- ~40 virtual brands (and more to come)- ~1200 associated restaurants in operation- ~120 cities in France, Belgium, Spain, and the Netherlands- Monthly growth of +20%Avantages :- Tickets restaurants- MutuelleAs a Customer Support Operations, within a team of approximately fifteen collaborators, your responsibilities will be:- Analyze reported issues and adopt the appropriate solution with partial autonomy.- Analyze requests and complaints from partners and provide the best solution.- Ensure good internal and external follow-up by challenging and investigating with the appropriate stakeholders for a quick and high-quality resolution.-Requirements:- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and at least one of these languages: English, Spanish, or Dutch.- Empathetic and attentive by nature, you enjoy solving other people's problems.- Ability to work in a team and act as a link between our partners (restaurants, suppliers) and internal teams.- Independent and autonomous, flexible, and capable of finding creative and pragmatic solutions.Know-how:- Mastery and application of internal procedures.- Knowledge of SlackBehaviors:- Be courteous in all circumstances.- Be kind.- Know how to stay calm and have control over emotions.- Be proactive.- Precise and tenacious.Working hours (22h/week):- Friday: 17h00-23h00- Saturday: 11h00-14h00 and 18h00-23h00- Sunday: 11h00-14h00 and 18h00-23h00?
