We're seeking a VIE candidate to become our Sustainable Packaging Specialist within our international team, to lead groundbreaking projects that transform packaging processes across global markets.
The main role: Design Sustainable Solutions : Lead the co-development of innovative, eco-friendly packaging solutions that align with our commitment to reduce environmental impact.
Ensure Compliance and Best Practices : Stay at the forefront of industry regulations and certifications related to sustainability and product quality.
Collaborate Across Borders : Work with international teams to bring diverse perspectives to our projects.
Optimize for Cost and Efficiency : Develop packaging that meets sustainability goals without sacrificing cost-effectiveness.
Drive Innovation in the Industry : Pioneer sustainable packaging strategies that set new standards within the industrial sector.

If you recognize yourself in the following description and have a passion for eco-friendly solutions in the industrial sector, don't hesitate to apply!
Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials or Industrial specialization); Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Some knowledge of Spanish would be a plus; Some knowledge in plastic materials, recyclability techniques, biodegradable/compostable materials would be considered as an asset; Industry standards & regulations knowledge and a familiarity with certifications for sustainable packaging would be a plus; Project Management Skills: Ability to lead projects from concept through implementation; Strong analytical skills to undertake cost-benefit analysis and cost optimization activities; Collaboration and communication skills: ability to collaborate with various departments and international teams.

You'll be based in one of our local offices in Barcelona , and will be part of a collaborative local R&D team.
