At Valeo Fuenlabrada (Madrid - Spain), we are looking for a VIE to join in Process department. The VIE will be working in the area of Heat Treatments, here you can find more information! Industrialization of new references in the areas of heat treatments. Knowledge of material science and heat treatment. Design of new tools and modifications to existing ones to achieve the specifications of the parts (diaphragms and discs). Monitoring the industrialization process of new machines. Creation of the documentation required by the methodology followed in the industrialization processes of new equipment. Control of production parameters in assigned areas. Problem solving of quality issues related to heat treatment processes. GDM Modification Management : Performance and monitoring of activities in the production lines associated with Modification Management (GDM) of manufacturing references : material supply, line assembly, warehouse inventory control. Realization and document management associated with Modification Management (GDM) : document Full Cadence Day (JPC), control reports, manufacturing instructions. SAP and Workhop Documentation : Control and updating of the Methods department's documentation associated with production processes in assigned areas : Manufacturing instructions Operational Modes Post cards Reference changes FMEA Creation and review of FMEA documents associated with the assigned lines. Participation in FMEA Reverse and updating of action plans derived from this activity. What do you need? Languages : Spanish and English Engineering Degree : Mechanical, material, industrial or similar.
