The main objective is to ensure the implementation of new projects and priorities of SGE and follow-up of KPI and quality topics.Objectives expected:SGE projects: to ensure the global achievements of projects, to monitor & steer incoming prospects/projects and to encourage the contribution of Villaverde and SGE team.Continuous improvement projects: analysis of the performance of the Villaverde activity and define and steer new projects to improve processes.Quality & Audits: to assist through tools and repositories to the definition of the necessary data & KPIs for the follow-up of the activity. Furthermore, collaborate with the quality department in the actions plan regarding quality audits.Technical designer: to ensure approval of new mixtures to be filled and define the characteristics of them.
