The function is located at the heart of Industrial Merchant (IM) World Business Line (WBL) within the Packaged Gases Operations Direction in Spain supporting Villaverde filling plant transformation in the frame of the European Specialty Gases Project (SGE).
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Villaverde Plant team is composed of the following departments:
Industrial Filling
SG Filling
Primary, Secondary and Importation logistic
Maintenance
Laboratory and Quality
You will report to the Villaverde Filling Plant Manager. The main objective is to ensure the implementation of new projects and priorities of SGE and follow-up of KPI and quality topics.
Objectives expected:
SGE projects: ensure the global achievements of projects, monitor & steer incoming prospects/projects and encourage the contribution of Villaverde and SGE team.
Continuous improvement projects: analysis of the performance of the Villaverde activity and define and steer new projects to improve processes.
Quality & Audits: assist through tools and repositories to define the necessary data & KPIs for the follow-up of the activity.
Technical designer: ensure approval of new mixtures to be filled and define their characteristics.

Field of specialization: chemistry
Other: Use of analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Databases, Spreadsheets)
Experience:
None, but 1-2 years of work experience would be a big plus
Languages:
English - mandatory
Spanish - mandatory (medium at least)
French, German - advantageous
Position based in Madrid, Spain for 24 months. Eventually, punctual travels across Europe may be expected.
Positions open only for candidates eligible to the VIE program. Therefore, only the applicants meeting the requirements of the French V.I.E program will be taken into consideration.
