What will you be doing? The Role Helping to establish video content strategy
Directing and filming videos
Editing the videos in accordance with the Factorial brand
Work collaboratively with different teams such as content, marketing, sales, design, PR, and product to create compelling ideas for content
Making awesome, engaging content for our website, YouTube channel, and other social media channels
Your Profile Speak fluent English and Portuguese native
Love creating films, videos, and video shorts
Have a passion for storytelling, marketing, filming, and editing and the ability to turn technical concepts into captivating videos
Be excited to lead video projects from start to finish
Be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to switch projects based on prioritization of assignments
Be social media savvy and familiar with YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc. and what types of content work best in each
Have the ability to work both independently with minimal direction and collaboratively within a team
Have excellent communication and organizational abilities
