The Studio is building in-house Post Production Services for the exclusive use of our shows. The Post Production Services team is charged with the strategy, implementation, and operational management of our purpose-built facilities and vendor partnerships, providing bleeding-edge technology, workflows, and services to our filmmakers.The RoleYou will be part of a team that supports our Offline Editorial, Dailies Lab, Sound Editing, Color correction and Screening facilities at our studios in Tres Cantos, Madrid. You will provide expertise and support for our productions and creative artists, ensuring our in-house facilities and specialty rooms are fully optimized and meet the creative demands of our filmmakers. You will need to perform well under pressure and have exceptional client service skills. You are a quick learner and can pivot quickly when the need arises. You will collaborate with key technology teams across the Studio to provide our filmmakers with a high level of support. You are self-motivated and require little to no supervision.**Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:- Work closely with Artists and Editors.- Provide expert technical and operational support on site, across Avid Media Composer,Adobe Premiere, Baselight and Colorfront to our Editorial and dailies crews in Production.- Help develop tools to automate workflow tasks within the studio.- Document, share and evolve best practices and 'how to' brochure guides for our Editorial teams.- Provide escalation support for local and remote Editorial teams.- Provide workflows and support for collaboration tools- Maintain Audio and Video calibration standards throughout the facility.- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.- Escalate issues to Management, Engineering Services, and Infrastructure teams when necessary.- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once.**Qualifications**:- 10+years of experience in facility as an Avid and Adobe Premiere Technician, within post production, studio or network- Deep Knowledge and experience of content creation and post-production workflows encompassing NLE, Dailies, Dialogue Recording, Picture, and Audio Mastering.Working knowledge of hardware including workstations, components, displays, peripherals, networking, and storage solutions as it applies to editorial workflows- Knowledge and experience with IP protocols and standards such as SMPTE 2110, AES67, and Dante is a plus- Knowledge and experience on Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.- Color Science background is a plus.- Proven track record of innovation, initiative, creativity, and implementationAvid Media Composer- Avid Nexis- Adobe Premiere Pro- Black Magic Resolve- Colorfront- ProTools- Baselight- Teradici- Pix- Experience with Q-Sys control systems is a plus.- Strong communication skills with proven ability to socialize, explain and promote new and complex technology, tools, and workflows.- Ability to respond after hours for important, timely, and urgent matters.- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.- Should possess strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.- Passionate about our culture and values in the workplaceAPPLY NOWShare this listing:LINK COPIED
