Vice President of Human Resources OperationsDescripcindivisional healthcare organization along with a track record of building credibility and effective relationships across all levels of the organization. (S)he will be responsible for partnering with Business Leaders regarding all matters related to human capital. The VP of HR will also provide guidance on human resources processes, develop internal reporting, and work with key leaders on aligning overall human capital strategy and long-term goals.
Strong business acumen understanding will be essential to be a driver on strategic solutions for teammates while aligning them with the organization's culture, strategies, and vision. Outstanding leadership and communication skills and empathy for teammates at all levels along with significant influence/negotiation skills are required.

Track record as an innovative thought leader; providing creative ideas and solutions.Experience leading HR transformation efforts a plus.Able to think strategically beyond tactical execution.Strong analytical problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.Skilled at partnering with business clients at all levels and balancing the role as a liaison between human resources and key stakeholders.Highly developed project management skills.High degree of work ethic, integrity, and loyalty expected.Assist the leadership with developing and driving the execution of the HR Operations strategy, integrating best practices/trends and performing analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing human capital processes and programs.Design management tools and models in concert with the operational leaders to ensure alignment with required workforce planning.Design effective teammate engagement strategies with a focus on retention of high performers, high potentials, and key contributors.Must have working knowledge of standard employment law and EEO requirements and be well-versed in handling OFCCP and other regulatory audits.Possess a strong understanding of performance management, change management, organizational development, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and compensation planning.Strong interpersonal skills, confident with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced work environment.Must be a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to the operational leaders.Build the capabilities of and mentor direct reports to effectively align people and culture with the company's strategic priorities.Work Environment:
