Job Brief: We are looking for a Vice President of Operations to work with our regional leaders by setting objectives for best-in-class delivery to our Dental Clinics and responsible for the oversight of the regional project organization and execution for clinical operations. Vice President of Eastern Canada Operations responsibilities include designing policies, implementing company-wide solutions, and overseeing regional targets, plans, and budgets. You should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the dental and medical industry. Responsibilities:
Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team as it relates to the regional development of Eastern Canadian clinics (Ontario & Quebec).
Design policies and processes that align with overall strategy.
Implement efficient processes and standards.
Oversee head of each region's operations and find ways to drive patient retention.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws (e.g., data protection).
Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
Report on operational performance and support Business Development improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as Vice President of Operations, Operations.
Experience in DSO, Medical Industry, Dental Industry strongly preferred as a VP, Director, or similar leadership role.
Familiarity with all business functions.
