Job Description Vice President Risks in charge of leading Risk management activities for Accor Group.
The VP Risks reports to the SVP Group Risks, Internal Control & Insurances.
Lead Climate and Biodiversity risk analysis, CSRD for Finance, anti bribery risk mapping, IT and Digital Factory risk processes.
Influence the organisation to decrease likelihood and impact of identified risks.
Facilitate the Group's Risk Committee meetings, which are held quarterly.
Prepare the risk reporting for the Group's executive committee.
Implement and monitor Key Risk Indicators.
Ensure the reduction of Group risks with risk owners (appropriate actions, budget in place).
Prepare presentations for the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors.
Write all communications related to Group risks (URD, CSRD).
Promote the risk culture among the Group's senior executives.
Qualifications Master's degree in Business / Finance / Hospitality Management.
Strong affinity with Hospitality challenges.
5 to 10 years of experience in a consulting company in Risk Management.
International environment.
