Location: Flexible - must be in a European time zone.
The Vice President of Global Renewals is accountable for contract negotiations for one of NIQ client groups or services globally.
They must possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of contractual terms, adept financial acumen, and excellent communication skills to ensure the outcomes meet the organization's needs.
This professional will support a critical part of our business by aiding in the retention and growth of our largest clients.
You will be part of a team of unique experts focused on understanding how and why our clients license solutions from NielsenIQ to translate into value and commitment via a contract.
Responsibilities Plan renewal opportunities in advance year to year to set goals and objectives.Assess and track client health to formulate an objective assessment of risks and opportunities.Develop the renewal strategy.Clear and concise communication skills to effectively engage with senior leaders.Lead the analysis and preparation of contract renewals and Competitive Request for Proposals (RFP).Coach and consult internal teams regarding the generation of the deal regarding solutions, incentives, and terms.Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to align the strategy.Effectively challenge and influence internal teams.Understand NielsenIQ's corporate strategy to aid in the process and proposed solutions.Partner with account leads to develop win themes aligning client priorities to NIQ.Review and interpret contract terms and conditions.Negotiate agreements with clients and other stakeholders.Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities associated with contracts.Ensure that contracts comply with requirements.Collaborate with legal and finance teams to develop contract terms.Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Qualifications
CPG experience from a related company required.
