What We Need: 31st Union is looking for an HR Manager to join our People team. Our ideal candidate is someone with extensive HR experience who will contribute at both a strategic and hands-on level to develop and deliver talent strategies that support business objectives. In this role, you will support all People initiatives and activities for our Valencia, Spain team. You will develop and maintain effective business partnerships and serve as a consultant in all people-related areas. This role will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager in the U.S. and directly partner with onsite leadership for local needs. The position is onsite with the team in Valencia, Spain.

What you'll do:
Partner with HR leadership to develop, plan, and/or manage employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee/manager counseling, performance, development and career planning, new employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, policy interpretation and compliance procedures.
Manage and coordinate studio performance review program; work with managers to develop, deliver, and monitor ongoing performance feedback and growth plans for employees.
