How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Your mission in this position will be to coordinate a team of buyers spread across Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, with the aim of leading the category purchasing strategy and ensuring the procurement of local purchases for various entities.
To achieve these objectives, the specific functions to be developed will be:
Execute and Direct the Contracting: Coordinate buyers to execute the procurement strategy or follow the procedures defined by category managers. With the team of buyers, develop a set of procurement strategies for categories not managed by the Category Manager. Act as a buyer in specific strategic situations (large investments, major accounts, etc.). Execution and Management of Contracts: Support in advising on the understanding of contracts to internal clients and other key figures locally for proper deployment and execution within the company. Conduct reviews to ensure and monitor the proper execution of the contract locally. Review overall contractual compliance. Prepare reviews of purchasing channels. Ensure contract management (application of price increase formulas, collection of volume discounts, management of the product and service portfolio, progress clauses, renewal, etc.), including updating the procurement database (contracts, catalogs...). Support the management of incidents and claims with suppliers. Management of Supplier Relationships: Develop the use of CRM to improve overall relationships and procurement efficiency. Manage relationships with suppliers (guarantees, sanctions, claims, supplier reviews, performance, and risk management with the European Purchasing Director in complex situations). Facilitate the presentation of key suppliers to company stakeholders. Manage and coordinate the reporting map of supplier ratings and audits. Contribute to identifying and mitigating supplier risks to ensure compliance with the risk map. Stakeholder Management: Develop and manage relationships with internal clients (BL, Functions). Evaluate internal client feedback on sourcing strategies. Assess internal client feedback on supplier performance and make decisions based on it. Continuous Improvement: Encourage the team to create operational efficiency plans and KPI measurements.
