NIQ is undertaking the biggest transformation of its consumer panel offer in Europe, specifically in Spain.
Beyond increasing our sample size by 50%, we have invested significantly in our people and in the Discover technology to deliver the Full View, our all-in service that helps our clients understand how retail conditions affect consumer purchase behavior.
This platform also offers an unprecedented opportunity to further develop our advanced analytics.
We are recruiting a Consumer Advanced Solutions Director who will be responsible for turbocharging our offer and revenue.
The role will report directly to the CPS leader in Iberia and will be responsible for the CAS revenue, from defining strategy to creating pipeline in partnership with other commercial teams, and delivering business answers to clients.
The successful candidate needs to have a solid FMCG analytical background, a successful track record in sales, a collaborative mindset, and an obsession with delighting clients' analytical and business needs.
Mission: Lead Nielsen IQ Consumer Advanced Solutions in Iberia to achieve 20% of our revenue. CAS Portfolio definition. Commercial positioning: materials, pricing, and USP. Engage CPS team, CS, and AD around the ambition. Present, sell, and deliver solutions to clients. Thought leadership. Requirements: Knowledge of and experience working with Consumer Panel Data (CPS) is essential. Minimum 10 years of experience in market research, CPS, or quantitative consumer research/FMCG related. Very good analytical and commercial skills. Understanding and interpretation of results from CPS and statistical analyses (cluster analysis, factor analysis, regression, segmentation, etc.
). RMS experience will be a plus. Highly client-oriented attitude. Autonomous, curious, and a self-starter. Good command of both oral and written English. Ability to work in an international matrix environment with good cross-cultural communication skills. Team player. What we can offer: Compelling package.
