Overview / Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business objectives.
This role focuses on promoting and selling specific offerings, building a strong network within the sales territory, and representing the organization at trade shows and events to identify opportunities, enhance visibility, and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities related to our portfolio of solutions; Build strong relationships with clients, mapping and presenting outsourcing solutions to meet their needs; Ensure the successful delivery of our solutions in line with client requirements and objectives; Analyze and develop sales proposals; Deliver impactful sales presentations; Provide exceptional day-to-day customer service; Prepare proposals and participate in sales meetings and demonstrations; Engage with various stakeholders; Attend events to expand networking opportunities; Identify opportunities and develop objectives, strategies, and tactics; Anticipate clients' operational, strategic, and commercial needs; Manage multiple client accounts. Requirements: Dynamic professional with proven experience in Information Technology; Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or IT-related fields; Previous experience (2+ years) in commercial roles, particularly in outsourcing; Results-driven mindset; Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Excellent prioritization and time management skills; Strong ability to build relationships with various business stakeholders; Problem-solving and analytical skills; Team-oriented mindset; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Ambitious and driven; Proficiency in Portuguese and English. #VisionaryFuture - Build the future, join our dynamic ecosystem!
