Your mission Knock, knock...Any Lightboxer in the room?If you are passionate about 3D animated films and want to create magic cinematographic, you can´t let this opportunity go!We are looking for a talented VFX Supervisor with enthusiasm to join our great team on the exciting new project, Animated Feature TAD 4!!You will be responsible for leading VFX teams and coordinating with all levels of production, for design and create elements and visual effects.First of all, you're probably interested in knowing that...we offer 100% remote work!WE NEED YOU TO BE ABLE TO DO: Responsible for ensuring the VFX Artists create a wide range of high quality visual effects.Make sure that visual effects look believable and consistent with the style of the animation.Maximize the project's visual spectacularity.Optimize effects for performance while retaining look.Work closely with the Director to maintain visual consistency and with the rest of the VFX pipeline to create seamless integration into shots.Find the best technical and creative solutions in order to meet production needs.Be up to date on current and emerging visual effect trends and technology so you can contribute to new techniques and workflows.Globally responsible for quality control across the VFX Artists.Work closely with the Department Managers to optimize team schedules and scene assignments to achieve master scheduled deliverables.Continue to work as the film goes into production to ensure animated scenes remain on design.Deep knowledge on how visual effects affect the animation pipeline.Ability to work autonomously and independently in a fully remote environment, with that comes the supreme individual responsibility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and maintain your own initiative.Excellent communication skills.Great team player, create a collaborative and welcoming environment.Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and within budgets, adhere to the production schedule and deliver completed assignments on time.Align with the style, sensibility of the project and the Director vision.WE WILL MAKE THE PERFECT MATCH IF YOU HAVE: 5+ years of professional experience from either animation TV series or feature animation movie.Strong experience with Houdini.Knowledge of Nuke or any other composition software is a plus.Strong visual awareness and artistic ability, having a good eye for composition, color, light and shadow.Develop tools used in FX to enhance pipeline and ability to execute systems developed by other FX artists.Ability to create streamlined set ups that can be used by the rest of the team.Ability to take feedback constructively and implement it effectively, to reach the quality desired.Anticipation and quick reaction for problem solving.Demonstrate great autonomy and proactivity in your work.Great attention to detail.Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills.You will be the perfect Supervisor if:Proven and extensive professional experience as VFX team leadership.Ensure the team completes work under Director's vision.Bring strong emotional intelligence, human style of leadership and empathy building trust, respect and a supportive environment, with ability to motivate, helping team to highlight their strengths, as well provide regular feedback, deal with their growth and improvement areas.Work well under pressure.
