As a VendorFlex Analytics Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support operations to improve and monitor Customer Experience metrics for Vendor Flex sites across the EU.

We seek a strong candidate that can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and has a consistent track record of delivery. You must have the experience and capability to partner with other teams to ensure insightful call-outs, support, and suggested actions to the Operations teams and their stakeholders.

You will be responsible for providing added value reports on Transportation, Inventory Quality, Concessions, and other Customer Experience (CX) KPIs at an EU level. You will monitor and action CX issues impacting the network.

A key to influencing stakeholders is the ability to solve complex, technical problems with simple, innovative, and practical solutions.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness analysis and partnership across Amazon with Supply Chain, Transportation, and Ops leaders to develop new standard operating opportunities.Leverage ideas from Support Teams to source and nurture creative improvement plans for the Flow Analytics.Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are being shared and standardized across all sites.Be a Subject Matter Expert on Operations, Transportation, and Customer Experience.Continuously monitor performance of sites that are attributable to Flow Analytics and take corrective steps whenever required to optimize productivity performance and Customer Experience. BASIC QUALIFICATIONSAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel.B2 English Level.Experience in logistics/operations environments. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSStrong analytical skills that allow using data from SQL/workbench/QuickSight to provide thought-provoking and workable solutions.Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or alternative continuous improvement methods, and their application in industrial settings.Previous experience working at Vendor Flex and having a deep knowledge of its systems and processes.You typically volunteer to lead projects and help your team achieve goals. You have a track record of taking ownership and driving results.You see value in long-term thinking and large-scale impact on a company. You have interest in developing a long-term career through assignments in multiple operational buildings across the nation.
