Job Description:

We are seeking a Veterinarian for the Account Manager Position who will act as the main liaison between Dinbeat and our clients, primarily veterinary clinics, animal hospitals, and other veterinary service providers. The ideal candidate will combine their clinical experience with commercial skills to promote and sell our telemedicine device, provide technical support, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales and Promotion: Identify business opportunities and actively promote our products to new potential clients.

Technical Support: Provide training and technical support to clients, ensuring optimal use of our devices.

-Address potential customers by different channels (email, phone, online/offline meetings).

-Arrange business meetings and perform online demos with prospective clients.

Veterinary Consulting: Advise clients on the use of our device in various clinical applications, highlighting its benefits and features.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve technical queries and issues raised by clients effectively.

Internal Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and commercial success.

Relationship Development: Develop mutually beneficial and productive long-term partnerships with our customers and maintain these relationships with the appropriate quantity and quality of activity.

Scientific Advising: Act as a scientific advisor for customers when questions arise.

Team Support: Provide scientific support for colleagues and coordinate with them to ensure a consistent scientific approach among the field force.

Reporting and Analysis: Conduct follow-ups and sales analysis, preparing periodic reports on account performance and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

Education: Degree in Veterinary Medicine.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a veterinarian. Experience in commercial roles or account management.

Commercial Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships.

Customer Orientation: Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a high capacity to understand and meet client needs.

Languages: · Proficiency in English (Native preferred), medium level of Spanish. Other languages are a plus.

Willingness to Travel: Availability to travel as needed to visit clients and attend industry events.

Skills: Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
