Venezuela Marketing Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Venezuela. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the Venezuelan market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Brand Management: Oversee brand management activities, including brand positioning, messaging, and identity.
Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Traditional Marketing: Manage traditional marketing channels such as print advertising, TV, radio, and outdoor advertising.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively and optimize ROI.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Agency Management: Collaborate with external agencies to execute marketing campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the Venezuelan market.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and achieving business objectives.
Strong understanding of the Venezuelan market, culture, and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
