A newly created permanent full-time "Vendor Support Manager" position is now available within our Commercial Team at Metro Markets GmbH.
In this role, you will be working with a dynamic and multinational team that's primarily focused on supporting our Vendors. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Helping new vendors to onboard to our marketplace primarily in Spain and Portugal, and also other countries. Support vendors on integrating via EDI, API or other interfaces to our system. Driving results in a cross-functional environment. Support monitoring the delivery performance of vendors that are already live in our marketplace. Serving as the first point of contact for vendor service escalations. Contributing to the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures and processes. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Tech-savvy, interested in learning more. Strong and proven relationship management skills. Fluent/Native level communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish and English (essential).
