WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Vendor Risk Assessment Center (VRAC) Global Analyst, you will be responsible for the following activities: Quality Assurance (QA) Review of risk assessments performed by Aquanima's VRAC teams across different countries on the following risk dimensions: Cyber Security (CYBER), Security (SEC), Facilities (FAC), Data Protection (DP), and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) according to the QA planning. Produce a report based on the analysis conclusions and agree on results with the VRAC teams across different countries, communicating results to top management of Aquanima and Global TPRM. Monitor the QA corrective action plan in each country and support the countries with remediation plans. Intragroup and Global Vendor Certification Global certification of intra-group companies and global vendors in applicable risk dimensions according to the nature of the entities for certification. Manage and execute risk assessments autonomously in accordance with agreed methodologies and corporate policies and procedures. Ensure effective communication with different stakeholders to complete certification according to corporate standards and agreed timelines. Oversight of VRAC Activity Maintain a consolidated view of VRAC activity in all countries, challenge the current operating model, define the Target Operating Model, and promote coordination and best practices exchange among countries. Oversight of Indicators and VRAC Performance Stay updated with global initiatives and model evolution, proposing improvements. Work closely with Global Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) in all of the above
