The PositionThis is a permanent full-time position based in the Coles Head Office in Tooronga and with regular travel to the Tassal office in Kew. You will be a pivotal link between Tassal and the Coles logistics and sales commercial operations to ensure effective and efficient replenishment of Tassal products to all Coles Distribution Centres.
Your duties will be, but not limited to:Stock replenishment and ensuring optimal stock managementReviewing and analysing account baseline and promotional forecastsClose collaboration with key internal and external stakeholdersInfluence replenishment and promotional orders in line with demandReview all order plans /customer forecastsProviding exceptional service levels to ensure customer expectations are metIncrease supply chain efficiencyConducting root cause analysis and accurate KPI reportingAbout youPrevious experience as a VRP
IT proficiency MS Suite
Nielsen/Aztec knowledge preferred
Technical sales knowledge structured sales methodology
Outstanding communication skills supported with strong commercial acumen
Internal and external stakeholder management skills
Influencing skills and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
