About Parameta Solutions Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. Role Overview The Vendor Relationship Manager at Parameta Solutions plays a crucial role in managing and optimising vendor partnerships, ensuring compliance with TP ICAP Group Procurement policies and third-party risk management requirements. This position involves overseeing key commercial, contractual, and performance aspects of the key intra-group and external vendor agreements, working closely with Group Procurement on contract negotiations, renewals, and dispute resolution. The role also includes benchmarking services, managing stakeholder relationships to capture strategic business needs, and participating in procurement transformation initiatives. Additionally, the Vendor Relationship Manager ensures compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, supports the sourcing pipeline for future procurement activities, and collaborates with Finance, Legal, and other corporate support functions to enhance vendor management strategies. Role Responsibilities Manage relationships with TP ICAP Group Procurement and ensure Group Procurement policies are complied with. Manage, maintain, negotiate and monitor key commercial, contractual and performance stipulations in the MDSA, LTSA agreement between Parameta Solutions and TP ICAP Group Functions. Support TP ICAP Group Procurement in the execution of sourcing of new contracts, renewals and/or renegotiations with in-scope suppliers.
