Vendor Master Data Specialist

What You'll Do:As Vendor Master Data / T&E Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Reliability and quality of the Vendor Master Data for all of Criteo's entities worldwide.Quality, process and cut off of expense claims for all central entitiesEnsuring and fulfill our KYS process, SOX standards and answering to our periodic audit controls queriesThis requires close collaboration with the IT, GL Tax, Procurement and Internal Control teams, as well as with the Accounts Payable team in Paris and other members of the finance team in the complex countries.
You will be part of the Finance Shared Services and will report to the VMD/T&E Team Lead, based in Paris.
Your tasks will include:
Vendor Master Data :
Ensuring vendors are created, updated and deleted appropriately, and in compliance with SOX standardsEnsuring Vendor data is completed in alignment with contracts signed by the Business Development, Procurement and any Purchasing requesterCleaning, upgrading, updating and due diligence of the vendor master database with our screening compliance tool as regard of the KYS processT&E process :
Ensuring that all T&E are processed on a timely manner in compliance with SOX requirementsProcess and manage company card expenses and queriesIdentifying gaps and escalate issuesService quality :
