As a member of our Global Procurement Shared Services (GPSS) team, you will support the EU procurement and business teams by delivering operational purchasing tasks and assignments.MAIN SCOPETo provide functional support to the EU Procurement Operations network for operational and administrative tasks. This includes supplier master data management, supplier compliance review, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.Key job responsibilitiesProcess daily remedy tickets and web requisitions.Point of contact for some internal and external stakeholders (vendors/manufacturers).Set up and maintain supplier master data for procurement network.Work in full compliance with the company's Spending and Transaction policy.Support continuous improvement projects.Conduct and verify Sustainability, Safety and Corporate Social Responsibility compliance for suppliers.Manage escalations related to supplier compliance issues.Create and analyze regular supplier compliance reports to identify improvement areas.A day in the lifeVendor Management Analysts review incoming Vendor Onboarding requests to ensure suppliers are compliant with Amazon's Sustainability and Safety policies. They engage with internal stakeholders for support and follow up with suppliers on critical tasks to finalize onboardings successfully. They partner with other team members across the organization to work on projects aiming to improve processes.
